Our Services

We offer a one-time grace period for access issues. If access is unavailable on a subsequent occasion, a 75% charge may apply and we will clean as many windows as we can safely access. We will always make reasonable efforts to gain access using our range of equipment, including ladders where appropriate and safe to do so, but the safety of customers, staff and property comes first.

We currently offer 4-weekly, 8-weekly and Ad-Hoc window cleaning. In certain circumstances, we may also be able to offer a tailored cleaning frequency to suit your property and requirements. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

When joining a 4-weekly or 8-weekly regular cleaning schedule, we do not normally charge an additional first-clean fee as a thank you for your ongoing custom. If the windows are considerably dirtier than would normally be expected for a maintenance clean, an additional charge may apply. If this is necessary, it will always be discussed and agreed with you before the work is carried out.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will aim to resolve any genuine issue as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to rectify the problem.

No. The vast majority of our customers do not need to be home while we clean. As long as we have the necessary access, we can complete the clean while you are out and will make sure gates and access points are closed securely when we leave.

Once your clean has been completed, you will receive an automated text message with your invoice and payment instructions. Payment can then be made using the available payment options provided on your invoice.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations made before the day of your scheduled clean can be made without a cancellation charge. Cancellations made on the day may incur a charge of 50% of the agreed price. Repeated cancellations or missed cleaning cycles may also result in an additional charge on a future clean where extra time, water and work are required to return the windows to the normal maintenance-clean standard. Exceptional circumstances can always be discussed with us.

Usually, yes. Rain itself does not prevent us from achieving a high-quality finish when using our purified water cleaning system. We assess the weather day by day and may postpone in particularly severe weather, high winds, freezing conditions or other circumstances where cleaning would be unsafe or impractical. If we need to postpone, we will contact you and rearrange where possible.

You will receive an automated text message the day before your scheduled clean so you have advance notice. Please ensure that any required gates or access points are available when we attend.

Our established rounds cover Albourne, Ansty, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Ditchling, Hassocks, Haywards Heath, Hurstpierpoint, Lindfield, Poynings, Pyecombe, Staplefield, Twineham, Wineham and Wivelsfield. We occasionally work outside this radius, so get in touch if your area is not listed.

Yes. We use water-fed poles and specialist equipment to safely reach higher and harder-to-access windows, including many dormer and Velux windows, without unnecessary work at height.
